Membranes fail early on bad substrates. Sorento Roofsealing rebuilds the deck first (honeycombs, blowholes, cracked screed, open joints), then coats.

Fix the deck.
Polycrete FC / Polycrete ST for concrete defects. Polyseal 1PU for movement and control joints. Clean, sound and dry, then primer.
Joint sealing
Polyseal 1PU low-modulus PU sealant with backer rod where needed. Permanent, flexible, watertight joints.
Screed & falls
Address cracked or hollow screed and drainage falls before membrane. Ponding is a drainage issue that coating alone will not fix.
