10-year written warranty by Sorento.
The roof waterproofing warranty is issued by Sorento, a licensed contractor, not by Henkel. Scan any Sorento Roofsealing certificate and see the roof, the date, the layers and the measurements. Certificates are transferable with the property on sale.

How the warranty is earned.
Inspection, measured film thickness, flood test where practicable, then a serial certificate. The warranty follows the work, not a brochure claim.
Inspect before pricing
Thermal camera, moisture readings, photo report. No blind coats.
DFT protocol
Target 1.5 mm+. Logged at multiple points on every job.
48-hour flood test
Where practicable: standing water, not a spray bottle.

What the certificate carries.
Every handover includes a written record you can keep with the property papers.

- DFT measurement table (multi-point)
- Flood test result (48 h where practicable)

Public certificate verify pages are planned for launch. The certificate data model above is what we issue with each job.
What is covered.
- Watertightness of the roof areas and details we waterproofed, for 10 years from completion
- Contractor warranty issued by Sorento (not a Henkel manufacturer warranty)
- Serial certificate with DFT table, flood result where done, and QR verify link
- Transferable with the property on sale, subject to the written terms
- Check-up after 12 months included with The Sorento Roof System
Conditions.
- Annual visual care: rinse the roof, keep drains clear, report ponding or damage promptly
- Allow Sorento access for the 12-month check-up and any warranty inspection
- New penetrations (AC, solar, satellite) must be resealed before weather exposure
What voids it.
- Later damage from others drilling, cutting or fixing through the membrane without proper resealing
- Structural movement, third-party works, or misuse outside normal villa roof use
- Failure to maintain drains or to notify Sorento of a leak within a reasonable time
- Works outside the areas and details listed on the live certificate
